Hank does have a good point that I was going to mention for any videographers. Students starting out will help out with your budget and editing for music and overall work done. A professional could do the same by making a clip of the day with bits and pieces for everyone to view.

To be brutally honest, if the linked video is all you're looking for, pretty much any film student or someone starting out in the business can do it. So one good thing is you can lower your budget as you can opt for someone with less experience. Just look up local videographers on Facebook groups and Kijiji and see who fits your price. Ask them for a sample portfolio to see if their edits at least match your aesthetic (colours, lighting etc).
