Honestly, at this point, anywhere. I've have spots in Vaughn, seems more affordable that the ones in the city. another one that i have my eye on is york mills gallery and warehouse which I'm getting and appt to see the venue.

Best way to get the results besides researching is by making appointments to places you wish to see in person and get an idea of what you like and can afford. Many venues may get expensive not only because of the hall available, food and alcohol are also big factors to consider. Friends and family may also be helpful to know by others or whom you know to suggest venues that can work for you.
