Check out what WeddingWire has to offer in their search engine under venues. You can narrow down your search to be more pacific to your needs. If you don't find anything you like on here, I would suggest posting in your local wedding sell/swap groups on Facebook. You might be able to find a few brides that have some great recommendations

Hi Milad,

I am in Ontario so I can't really recommend venues in Quebec, however, we are keeping our wedding smaller (about 60 people) and we opted to have our reception at a restaurant in their private event room, this also helped us save on catering, drinks, and DJ as they are all provided in one place.

As for the ceremony we are doing this in a church, were you looking to do the ceremony and reception in the same venue?
