Wedding tent rental vs purchasing and selling after

We are planning a backyard wedding in St. John’s Newfoundland and I noticed there seem to be wedding tents at the same price or close to for sale. I am wondering if we should rent or purchase a tent. The tent would be just in case there’s rain on the day of.

    I would look on your local groups and wedding groups in your area to see if anyone is selling theirs, but yes sometimes buying is cheaper than renting and that's when you would have to really shop around.
