Wedding Tent

Kayla, on August 11, 2019 at 08:28 Posted in Wedding reception 0 7
Anyone who's had experience or has some knowledge with either renting/building some sort of outdoor tent for their wedding, please let me know. Our dance floor is covered but there's a big portion of grass where people are going to be sitting around that's not covered yet and I'm wondering what to do! Thanks

We haven't, but I think the plan is to attempt something like that. I'd love to have a clear ceiling so we can see some stars if it's a clear night Smiley smile

Hey Kayla!! Have you looked into the tent option any further? Your space looks great!

Have you done any DIY projects like building a wood pergola before?

Yeah I've been looking at tent prices, and they are not cheap. But I'm thinking it would probably be worth it in the end since were doing everything else pretty cheap. The wood pergola is a good idea! Gonna look up some ideas now. Thanks!

I've been looking at the rental route but unfortunately, we live pretty far from any cool vendors. I'll have to keep my eyes open for one online.

I would for sure go the renting route - trying to build one will cost in materials and then it may turn out not so great... I'm sure if you contact a place that rents them near you that they should be able to show you some options Smiley smile

Possibly a wood pergola? And then get the fabric/ curtains which can be put over top? I know tent prices can be outrageous just be careful and price it all out
