Has anyone printed signs and framed them? Did you use cardstock or just regular paper? Like this photo below

Save some money and just use regular paper. Just what I would do. It will still look stunning I'm sure.

We did a mix of both! Some things we printed and put in frames but our seating chart was 3ft wide and 4ft tall so we got that printed on foam core! If going in frames just so it on regular paper for cheap! Once it's in the frame you cant tell the difference!

I think if you are framing the signs, it's fine to print on regular paper!

I agree with Tori about using a thicker type paper like a letter head if you are using regular paper , but if you wanted your signs to be a different colour than white then I would use card stock.

I would use regular paper ! This is more budget friendly, and since you're framing them it doesn't really matter what paper you use ! 💛

We just printed ours off on regular paper. We only used them for our "In Memory" and our bar list but they turned out great Smiley smile One thing we did to make them look a bit better was go over the title portion in black sharpie to make it a little more bold

I’ve made a few for our wedding with digital files I purchased from Etsy, and just used regular paper. I had my doubts, but they turned out surprisingly well Smiley smile

I've done a few. I used card stock or photo paper depending on what I was printing. I wouldn't use regular paper. if it's a lot of ink the paper can get kinda soggy and will end up creasing

I will be doing signs like this and I’m planning on using card stock. I just feel it survives the printing and all the handling better than regular paper unless you’re putting them in frames as soon as you print them.

I haven't and I'm not sure if I will be - but if I do, I will use a thicker paper. I wouldn't want to have it be too see through like some recycled papers nowadays. I would use a letterhead type thickness... not sure if that is an actual thing but at the office I work at that is the thickness I would use.
