Wedding role help!

My fiance has a 13 year old niece who I would love to somehow include in the wedding. My first thought was of course flower girl, but she is very much a tomboy and will likely not want to wear a dress and might feel she is too old to be a flower girl. Any ideas on how else I could include her?

    I agree with Tori! My FH has a niece who will be 15 by our wedding. We will most likely have her say grace with her brother!

    I like the idea of manning the guest book and cards table. That or if you are having one - she could say grace?

    If you could somehow compromise on a dress option, I would suggest a junior bridesmaid. She can have a different style than the bridesmaids because of her 'junior' status, and that might be the wiggle room you need to find a dress.

    I can appreciate people not being 'dress people', but she can go a little more subdued/casual as a jr. BM than a flower girl, and she may be willing to dress up if it means being involved in the bridal party?

    My cousins will be 15, 13, 13 and 11 at my wedding, so i’m going to have them run the guest book table and accept cards and gifts! Alternatively, you could have her do a quick reading during the ceremony

    She could be an usher with someone else? help seat guest and hand out cemerony cards and anything else you have going on. I'm having my cousin and my niece she 14.
