    My FMIL gave me her grandmother's band which is a yellow gold tending towards rose... We haven't gotten his yet, he wanted camo but the one we ordered wasn't comfortable so we had to send it back.

    White Gold for me and platinum for him! I just want a plain white band as I don't want to take away from the detail on the centre of my engagement ring. FH started wanting a thin ring and now he's up to 5mm lol ;!!!

    We picked our rings @ diamond by Verage !! they are going to be so beautiful and I can't wait to see them . they are custom made from one of my old ring. we are really excited about the turn out.

    This is my set. My engagement rings fits into a jacket which is why there is a band on each side but it is really only one ring. My fiancée chose this because he knew I would be giving him my grandfathers ring which is white and yellow gold alternating! I love that our rings "match" even though one is old and one is new.

    I am actually starting to lean more towards a yellow gold ring, because I am looking at antiques, and they pull off the colour well.

    If I were choosing a brand new ring I would choose white gold though.
