Wedding Receptions in Stage 3

Hi Jessica and Congratulations.

Planning with the ongoing organic restrictions has been difficult and all of us are experiencing the same thing. We are all hoping to have more people added to our guest lists and having dancing and live music. However the Ontario govt is still not letting us know what the restrictions will be until Step 3 and they probably will not until it gets closer to the date. In the meantime have back up plans and back ups for the back ups.

No one knows. It's literally unknown. Anything your vendors say "should be able to happen" is just a (self-serving) guess at this point. The government is intentionally keeping it vague so they can make it up as they go along (remember how Dr Williams didn't know what a Grey Lockdown Zone would entail when they initially released the plan?)

Is your band playing brass/woodwind instruments and singing? As far as I know, those are the only restrictions for musicians. Piano and string players are not restricted since they're not blowing anything.
