Well you’re in luck for outside pictures, there’s so many options! If you’re thinking waterfalls there’s Devil’s Punch Bowl, Sherman Falls, Canterbury Falls, Tiffany Falls (this is a common wedding photo spot), Albion Falls, Webster or Tues Falls in Dundas.
If you’re willing to go down to the lower city, there’s Gage Park, Linua Gardens, Whitehern, Dundurn Castle Gardens or RBG/cootes paradise. All are lovely spots but you will have to enquire about permits.

Not sure if permits have stopped as many major cities have stopped giving out any type of event permit due to covid but you can call to check it out.
