Wedding party proposals? How did you ask?

I gave each of my bridesmaids a card and a small gift bag - inside was an Essie nail polish, and each of them had a name that suited a wedding like "Brides to Be" or "Something Borrowed" "Meet me at the Altar" etc. For the card, I wrote their name on the front, and inside wrote "I cant say I Do without you, will you be my bridesmaid/maid of honour?"

3 of my cousins are in my wedding, and we had a family event so I gave it to them there, I gave my future sister in law hers at my fiances parents when we had a family dinner and I gave my friend hers when we were on a couples weekend. I also have a junior bridesmaid who I asked when we went dress shopping, she was so excited!!

Haha My bridesmaids were kind of the same way They all already knew they were going to be bridesmaids, my asking was just a formality! I love all this cute stuff!

I got these heart shaped boxes and inside had a frame with a written message in them asking to be my bridesmaids or maid of honour. They had a little rose in each one, a ring pop, a bracelet that said team bride and a shot glass. I got my one friend's son to give it to her, one friend I asked while I was trying on wedding dresses, and then my sisters I asked when I went to visit them in Windsor!

I really didn't do anything special. My friend and I went out for coffee as we did once a week. After chatting for a while, I just asked her if she'd like to be my matron of honour. Well, I've never seen anyone so excited! I was trying to keep everything low key but she was the one getting hyped up. The best man is my fiancé's brother and he's extremely calm about the whole thing. It makes me wonder if he really wants to do it. But he's the only brother so I guess he has to.
