I would highly recommend asking a close friend or someone close to you both do it! They can get a one time (no cost) license to marry you. This is the route we took as we wanted our wedding to be meaningful in every way we could. Plus it cuts costs! Bonus!

His fees is $400.

Check and see what wedding wire has to offer in their search engine. You can narrow down your search with pacific details. If you don't seem to find anyone that you like, google search as well as posting in your local wedding sell/swap groups on Facebook. You might be able to find brides that have used officiants in that area with good reviews
