Wedding Lights & Tulle

Michelle, on July 9, 2018 at 13:04 Posted in Wedding reception 0 4

Hi everyone,

I bought these lights for my backdrop and realized that they may not be able to be placed with tulle. Can anyone tell me if theyd be safe or not?

Hi-Line Vintage Patio String Lights (Costco).

Thanks!

I personally wouldn't take a chance on them. String lights seem safer and smaller contributing evenly throughtout the tuile.

I agree. I would contact them before opening them too just in case you need to return them.

Would you be able to contact the manufacturer to find out if they're safe to use? I think that would be your best bet.

Eek. I would be thinking no? You could try plugging them in for a while (2 hours plus) and see if they radiate any heat....

I would assume they will though... And I'd have a gap or barrier between the bulb and the tulle.
