OOO having a pre-wedding manicure/pedicure would be so nice!

You could ask for friends to do readings, or to give a short toast, but I don't think anyone would be hurt by attending as a guest with no duties, especially if you are only having family in your bridal party!

Maybe invite them out to get a manicure with you the day before? Still special, but no pressure to find or create jobs
