Call me cheap, but I definitely would not want to pay for it on the off chance (like you mentioned) they aren't very good or if no one ends up using them.

We found some cute ones on just the free generators from google, but we ended up coming up with one ourselves. There is not any real theme to my wedding but my fiancé and I LOVE movies, so we ended up going through a whack of movie titles trying to incorporate his last name (or our's) into the title. We decided on #GonewiththeGordons !

Check a hashtag generator on google they will give you a ton

Hashtags are a hit and miss. I've had some friends that saw a bunch of photos via their hashtag and some that got barely a handful. I would use something straight forward like #XYWedding or #AandBGetMarried. Even though they're boring, they're easy to use and when they're not straight forward, people do tend to forget them and not use them when they post.
