Hey all!!
I just wanted to share some projects I finished this weekend!
Firstly, I made our "toasting flutes" for the reception! I really wanted some custom ones and they were just a bit more than I wanted to spend (on Etsy). So I bought some glass etching paint and decided to make them myself! some of the lines aren't as clean as I would have liked (glass was very round and the stencil I made lifted a bit) But overall I'm so happy with how they turned out! I also put our names and wedding date on the backs (obviously, I'm player 1 ) The project was time consumming (took most of the day Sunday) but totally worth it as this would have cost me an EASY $60-$100+ and I made these for about $3 (I got the glasses for free from our food tasting, cleaned off what they had on them and then used a coupon to buy the paint at Michael's, already had paint brushes and I created the stencils myself with wall vinyl scraps from a project a few years back).

NEXT! I made all of my place cards (the cards, still working on the flowers). They were annoying me to have to search through them repeatedly to make sure I had done all of the names so I decided to use a photo box I had around and organize them like they are catergorized in my Wedding Wire guest list and it is the greatest idea I've ever had!!!! I'm also using the box to keep track of my RSVP cards as they come in and I will also hold my escort cards once I have my seating plan complete. Makes for easy transportation to the venue and quick set up!!!
