I think Gatto Flowers in Mississauga can get fake ones. Silk I believe.

There is Michael's, but I found the best price at Dollarama! Most of my flowers were bought there and we've made beautiful bouquets with them. I also made boutennieres for the men. They sell floral tape as well.
