Wedding Faqs

Geneviève, on April 11, 2018 at 20:21 Posted in Before the wedding 0 6

On my wedding website, I have a page for contact us and FAQs. Does anyone have any points they think should be put in the FAQs to prep your guests before the invitations go out?

These are all great questions. Pretty much think of pertinent wedding information, and create the question for the answer.... like Jeopardy! haha.

If you find people are asking similar questions that aren't there, you can edit/add more as you go.

Hi Genevieve! The great thing about your wedding website is that you can always continue to add information up to the wedding day!

Our FAQs were mainly about parking, dress code, and travel tips!

Lots of people tend to ask where you’re registered and if children are welcome. You could include info about your food and bar (if you’re having an open or cash bar). I attached a link with 20 questions that might help. Smiley smile

    I put on my FAQ:

-When do I have to RSVP by?

    -Can I bring a date?

    -Are kids welcome?

-Where should I park? (How do I get there?)

-Wheelchair accessible (if you have any guests needing that)

    -What should I wear?

-Who should I call/contact with questions? (I made it clear that they could ask me question up until the week before and then afterwards call the MOH or BM)

You could ask what time does reception start, what are some local options for accommodations, what is on the menu, how formal is it, those kinda questions you can ask
