Check and see if any of the bridal stores in your area are having any trunk shows in the next little while. Usually with trunk shows, they have discounts if you say yes to one of their dresses during that time. Also see if any bridal shows are happening. I know here in Edmonton, we just had one a few weeks ago

You can also go to bridal shows and get yourself on email lists from various shops.

I suggest following stores you're interested in on social media where they're likely to post for upcoming sample sales or trunk shows. Often at trunk shows the dresses of that designer have a small discount (and they're still made to order).
