I'd start looking for whichever vendor is the most important to you of those 3 - for example, look for local florists and then check out the information on their page and in their FAQs to see what else they provide! For example, you can see on that The Social Rose is a florist who also provides ceremony and reception decor. You can always send the vendor a message to ask for more information!!
