Wedding date

My wedding is on a Monday, and everyone I invited is coming.

Tori's covered the big considerations. If your chosen date happens to fall on a long weekend or a stat, all the better. If they already get Monday off, they're likely to just roll it into Tuesday. Especially during the summer.

Well, this depends on a number of things.

How close are they to you - if I was invited to a friends wedding, I would probably only join in if I can make it to the reception after work (so be there for 6ish). If I'm family, I would make a bigger effort but still, depending on how close I am to the family member I may only make it for the reception.

Time - Would the ceremony be at like 1 or 2? If so, just know that more guests will be coming in for reception and most likely not make the ceremony.

Staying - Seeing as how it's on a Tuesday I would assume that the guests would call it a night earlier than normal as they most likely have to work in the morning. The latest I would stay out (I'm 21) would be 11pm, but my parents and grandparents would probably go home closer to 9:30/10pm.

Overall, if you can avoid a weekday I'm sure your guests would appreciate it - but it's your wedding and if you have support from those who are closest to you and will be there then I don't see why not! Plus you would save a ton of money by doing this.
