Wedding ceremony

Alexa, on September 3, 2017 at 02:49 Posted in Wedding ceremony 0 3
My fiancee and I decided to get married in a community church. Inside the church is a bit "dull" ; very little colour in it. Does anyone have any idea to brighten the room or to make it look more lively?

Use bows, flowers, and candles or tiny lights to dress it up. You don't want too much decor since you will be the most important item to look at anyway!!

Those are all great ideas! I will ask church about decoration policy because original church we were going with did not allow aisle runner or rose petals

The church we used was very odd as well. The pews are orange and same with the flooring. What we did, was use an aisle runner for me to walk down, with purple flowers all along the sides of the runner. Then we did pew bows on every other pew, where the guests were sitting. We had an arch at the front with twinkle lights, and some garland on it. Then for some colour, we had purple up lighting on the stage behind us! Honestly nobody even paid attention to the colour being odd and what not, because everyone was focussed on the ceremony. But I thought with the things we did, it helped put me at ease about how awkward and odd looking the church was!
