View quoted message That's a great idea. I had thought of the old school cameras at tables early on and decided against it. The cost plus if the kids grabbed them and I ended up with 100 pictures of an exit sign or something like that....everyone has a cell. We'll have a hash tag and hopefully people will add their photos. Plus I'll only get the ones they like so they should be good pics

View quoted message I just know from experience you have 1 or 2 photos around and that is about it. And now with digital photos most don’t even give you prints. I personally want to put my money in to other things.

View quoted message That’s reasonable though, I’ve always loved weddings when the couples had disposable cameras on the tables, my fiancé said no to that idea so we compromised and have a instamax camera guest book where people take. Selfie and pop it in the book and write a message

My quote came in at 966. I was prepared To pay up to you like 1200 or so for it but it end up coming in below what I was you know definitely willing to pay so I was pleasantly surprised and I’m really happy with it so I’m very excited to see my cake when that day comes

But at the same time there’s just moments I find a photographer has a better eye or knack for than a friend with a cell phone and plus alll the editing they do

We were allowed 3 cupcake flavours so we went with chocolate, vanilla and lemon. The cutting cake will be lemon.

We skipped the cake all together and are doing a donut display. We ordered 60 donuts of different flavours and made a cute display for them! Final cost is less then $150 (donuts and materials for display)

We went with 60 cupcakes and a 6" cutting cake. It was just barely over $200

We're having a 2 layer cake, which has two different flavors on each tier, and it's coming to a total of $610 with delivery. This cost also includes customizing of colors and sugar flowers.

It all depends on the baker, the detail and work, you could be looking at $500-$1500.

I'm supposed to receive my quote back from my dream baker today and I'm just trying to prepare myself ahead of time for a mini heart attack

We are only having a one tier for our cake cutting ceremony and pricing is any where from $75-$165

We're having a 3 layer cake and it's going to be around 500
