Wedding aisle length

Kelly, on July 10, 2019 at 12:02 Posted in Wedding ceremony 0 4
Hello looking for help determining wedding aisle length for 150guests. I am doing a swag of vines/garland down my aisle and I am unsure how much to order. The florist suggested 70ft but I read online aisle runners are usually 25ft?

The set up for the ceremony is based on the length of overall space with the chairs for guests to sit comfortably. This is how the venue knows how to guide you to get the right amount needed. Once determined, find some companies and compare prices if you go by what they have available or to custom to what you need.

I agree with asking their venue, as they'll know how long the aisle set up will be with your guest count.

I agree with Katelyn, it would really depend on your venue.

My venue has about 5-6 rows of long benches on each side, and then a long walk way up to that, so there is a big chunk that we will be walking before we hit guests. If you are setting up the isle, give your self some room to walk down the isle before hitting rows of guests. This gives your photographer a place to be for pictures to get you walking down the isle.

My aisle is about 24 ft. But I would talk to the venue because they would definitely know how much space is needed for your guest count.
