The entire experience was unprofessional, deeply stressful, and left us with practically zero usable memories of our day.Day-Of Negligence: She arrived late, missing the scheduled preparation photos. Instead of capturing my sister zipping up my dress, she took a photo of just the zipper. There were zero pictures taken of the groom.Unprofessional Behavior: She routinely walked around without her camera. During couples portraits, she told me I should have "Googled positions" myself, resulting in terrible photos. Throughout the reception, she asked me every 10 minutes what she should be doing. My husband even caught her opening our fridge in the kitchen; when corrected, she got upset and sarcastically asked if I wanted photos of myself eating. The stress was so immense that we sent her home 2 hours early.Contract Breach & Delays: Our contract specified a 14-day turnaround. It took 5 weeks to receive anything. Her excuse was that she was hospitalized—a recurring pattern, as other local clients on Reddit have documented facing the exact same "hospitalization" excuse for timeline issues and cancellations.The Gallery Delivery: Out of the 1,800 images delivered, almost every single photo is a duplicate repeated 4 to 28 times. The actual technical quality is completely unprofessional and looks like a child took them. In total, we received maybe 10 acceptable photos from our entire wedding.To make matters worse, she has disabled public reviews on her official Google and Facebook pages to hide client feedback. Please save yourself the extreme heartache, protect your budget, and look elsewhere for a reliable professional.
