They didn’t play my aisle song
I wanted an unplugged ceremony but my sister was roaming the area video calling 😂- apparently I’m the only one with an issue so I let it go
My dad spilled red wine on my dress at the dinner 😂- it’s okay! - and he kept apologizing - but hey it was 10pm and a girl was ready to jet. So... fate?
Besides all that, I wouldn’t change a thing!
Tips
Be on time- when your day is structured to your timeline, it works! Don’t be afraid to tell people to move their butts. I was 15 mins late to the ceremony location and I was just a little overwhelmed and was rushing to get dressed. I mean it’s 15 mins no big deal but a girl used the word “promptly” on her invites 😂
Let the small things go - no aisle song, no problem right? Your guests will be having such a good time they won’t recognize all the things that are supposedly ‘wrong’
Eat Eat Eat - get up early and eat something. With all the pictures and socializing you will not have time and sometimes forget. Also stay, hydrated.
Sleep - the night before, try to get some 💤‘s
I got 3 hours and it really helped but I could have done well with 10 more.
The day goes by so fast so try to soak up every moment.
