I am looking for an upscale venue in the Kingston/Perth/Belleville area and don't want a barn or rustic location. Actually really tired of that look, no offense meant. Any suggestions for a 30th Anniversary wedding renewal, and decor ideas? I'm at a loss.

How about hotels in the area? The Delta Marriott Kingston has a waterfront event room with big windows. When you have a view like that, you need very little decor.
