My sister did her reception at the Vernon Rec Centre with outside catering, not the most glamorous but tables, chair, linens, plates were all included. I believe the Vernon Performing Arts Centre and Vernon Yacht Club also offer venue rentals and I *think you have to arrange your own caterer for both.

I’m open to other cities too! I prefer cities in Kelowna,penticton, peachland (in the okanagan) but I would be willing to consider something in lower mainland too.
