I've been looking around for venues that allow outside catering as well and here is a list of a few I found
Vancouver:- UBC botanical- UBC Farms- Van Dusen Botanical Garden- Yaletown round house (although indoor)
Burnaby:-Burnaby Pavillion
Port Moody- Old mill Boathouse- Old orchard hall

Maple Ridge- Whonnock Lake-
Richmond -UBC boathouse- Roddick's Barn
Langley- the Manor- Silver Ridge Estate- Willow Farm- Estate 248 (aka Poppy Golf Course) - Lone Tree Farms (totally DIY heads up)- Sinocan Winery

Abbotsford:- Ripples Winery- Single Tree Winery - Heronsbridge (although no alcohol on the premise allowed-dry events only)-Saarinen Bank Famrs
Chilliwack-Hazel Creek Farms- Bridlewood- the Lodge on Harrison Lake (technically Aggassiz)- American Creek Lodge
*the work of 3 months of hunting down a venue and still haven't booked yet 🥲*

I would also post in your local wedding sell/swap groups on Facebook. You might be able to find a few brides that have gone your route and have a few suggestions!
