Venue help near kitchener waterloo

Hi all, I've been trying to find a decently priced venue for our juneish 2019 wedding. I really want something with character with a rustic feel of exposed wooden beams in it. Something like Cambridge mill is WAYYY too far out of our price range. Currently we're looking at Chicopee and Victoria park pavilion. I'm looking about an hour outside of the area as well and open to suggestions but really dislike banquet halls. Any help would be absolutely wonderful! Thanks! Kayla

    Try Walper hotel we are going to go with them as iur weddung is in dec 2019

    The Slit Barn didn't end up having our date available so we ended up picking something in our current hometown instead of my hometown. But at the time they had sent me a package with all the information when I first emailed them. They were super friendly and a quick email to their info address would likely answer all your budget questions

    @Yvonne, if you don’t mind me asking, how much did you pay for the Slit Barn and their prefered caterer and what was included? I love the slit barn just needing to see if It is in the budget. Thank you.

    We went with Victoria Park Pavilion since it was the cheapest option and we could bring in our own vendors and shop around! We also are doing a toonie bar for the later part of the evening.

    My Fiancee and I were deciding between Cambridge (my hometown) and Niagara on the Lake (his hometown). We ended up picking a place in Niagara but the Slit Barn was our #1 choice if we had picked Cambridge.

    Hi Tiffany, thank you very much! Unfortunately Haccienda is extremely out of our price range. Approximately $28k for the venue and catering with the bar.

    I know some friends of friends who are getting married here. It's honestly SO beautiful. I wish knew of this place before my wedding lol. Not sure what the price point is though.
