I would try looking for venues without a commercial kitchen or offers internal catering. Depending on how many people you are looking to host, try local farms and wineries.

Fair warning though, any venue that lets you bring in outside catering while offering a package of their own will mean you will pay a lot more in rental fees and likely insurance.
