With restrictions extended to June 2nd, we can only have 10 people for our ceremony in a church. I was wondering if anyone knows/ has any information about whether our vendors (photographer/ videographer) are included in this count?

Generally staff of the venue is not included but Toronto also explicitly says the officiant is included in the gathering count so I can't imagine they'd exclude other staff members if someone as integral to a wedding ceremony is included. External vendors not from the venue like photographer are included.

You may have some venues who say otherwise but they're technically breaking protocol and it's up to you whether or not to take that risk.
