Actually, you can get them pretty affordably on Amazon, so long as you're flexible. I also happened to get lucky and bought some second hand on a wedding buy and sell site. I also have a friend who works for a professional lighting company who is going to get me a deal on them (IE: She's going to 'borrow' them for the weekend, with permission from her boss!). I say, if you love them, do it! Keep an eye for second hand ones, or scour Amazon.

Lights - especially these kinds of lights - are SO expensive. Worse if you buy them yourself. And then what are you gonna do with them after???
