Uneven bridal party

I'm sorry to hear that. It's absolutely fine to have an uneven bridal party! I've seen it done many times and honestly didn't even think twice about it.

I have 3 bridesmaids... and my fiance has 7 groomsmen. Don't worry about uneven numbers... 2 and 3 are much more balanced than some of us get

That's totally fine! A guy can walk alone, or could escort a mom or some grandparents to their seat, or the best man can be standing at the front before the procession along with the groom. I'm sorry you had a falling out with your friend though.

One groomsman can walk with 2 bridesmaids, and it gives it a cool different look for pictures when not everyone is all paired up.

Definitely ok. It's up to you! My FH has 2 best men and I only have 1 MOH so I mean there's that? lol Don't worry about it - if you don't mind the uneven-ness about it then nobody will or should.
