This is handy for buying alcohol if allowed at the venue. Pinterest also shows how much per person will have if you wabt to check out.

If the venue is not serving alcohol, then its not needed unless its for a gathering.

This is great! I've seen a few of these but they're usually for 4 hours and it doesn't makes sense to me. We're bringing our own liquor because the bar prices are so high! It's good to have an idea of where to start.
