What's their budget? You can buy a suit for the price of a rental nowadays so unless the groomsmen are being asked to wear something untraditional completely off their style, it makes no sense to rent.

If your group doesn't mind trekking to the nasty construction traffic area of Eglinton West, I recommend Andrew's Formals. Very knowledgeable folks who has rentals, as well as used/new suit sales. In terms of chains, Moores is the main rental game in town but there's also Collins and Tuxedo Junction. I personally prefer Moores over the other two. The suits won't be great at either but Moores is still better than what the other two offer.

What was your issue with Moores?

My FH wanted to buy a suit. Said he didn't have one anyways. He purchased a gray suit in Woodbridge at Prince Menswear on Steeles Ave W. We are not coordinating colours with the BM so we told him any dark gray suit would do. BM wasn't sure if he would purchase or rent. If they need a suit in general and they will wear it again, then definitely worth buying. Renting one is actually reasonably priced. Woodbridge is the capital of Wedding attire. Do some Google searches or even try searching the vendors listed here. Good luck!
