Trouble focusing at work

I have been doing a lot of things at work while I teach. If kids are watching a video or working silently I have been walking around folding paper cranes in my hands. I have an assistant with me and she does it too. We can't see a square piece of paper and not fold it now (I have piles since students like to do origami when they are done their work). I have origami books in class too so it is the school reading time (once a day everyone reads for 20 minutes) there are students reading how to make origami and making it too.

I have to really force myself to concentrate on my job and have been busy prepping for a supply teacher for my honeymoon (I'll miss 4 school days). 18 days or just 11.5 school days until we can decorate the cafeteria and a good list of things to finish up!

I've gotten better but when I first started planning the wedding my job really suffered... One of the reasons I'm taking the two weeks before the wedding off... Now the phone stays in my truck and I don't touch WW while I'm on the clock (unless I'm waiting on someone).

OMG me tooooooo (minus the origami bit!) I can't seem to focus on only work, I want to work on the wedding stuff too at times when my brain is actually awake and functional... which coincides with my work day I think to myself, if I am this bad now, how will I be when it's right around the corner?! Best of luck prepping for your big day and your supply teacher!

I also have trouble focusing at work on only work. I think we all do! Planning a wedding is a lot to do and think about and takes a lot of your brain power. You must be excited that your big day is coming so soon!!
