Hello!
I’m recently engaged and we’re looking for a wedding venue that is tree covered around Vancouver, BC.
Our hopes are:- Tree covered ceremony - Pet friendly- Outdoor covered reception- Around 90 people- No more than 2-3 hours from Lower Mainland area. - If accommodations (like cabins) are included, not too expensive (less than $200/night). I’ve attached a photo for inspiration.
I’ve already looked at Sunwolf and Cedar Haven. Honestly I’ve looked into a lot and something doesn’t match. I’m hoping someone here has found the diamond in the rough!

Hi Jason,
Thank you very much for your message! I have actually already been in contact with Brent Littlejohn who shared your Wedding info brochure with me. I noticed in the brochure that the marquee tent wasn't an option. I confirmed this with Brent and he said that you can only offer the Alpine room to larger groups.
We were initially very interested in hosting our July 2027 wedding at Manning Park but want our reception outdoors, under a marquee tent. Could this be an option for 70-90 people?
