Hey Kate-Lynn. This is a lovely theme and there are so many fun ways to incorporate it. Some cool ideas are using globe as a guest book, globes in your centerpieces, luggage tags as escort cards, plane tickets as save the dates or invitations and using postcards for well wishes. Here are some pics from Pinterest

I've seen a cute guest "book" where the bride and groom had a globe painted a solid color and had their guests sign it.


You could also do a table of destination desserts and have treats from different countries like Pocky or Mochi for Japan, Baklava for Greece, Nanimo Bars for Canada etc.
