Hi, I'm getting married at the Liberty Grand in Toronto, and am looking for someone or a team to help with set-up/take down.
We would need help on September 27, 2025 at 9:30 am picking up flower arrangements and dropping them at the venue (20 minutes), placing them on the tables, and making sure the venue looks good. The venue does all table setting, etc., we'd just need you as a set of eyes. Then at 1 am, coming to pick up the flower arrangements and dropping them back off at our home.
There will be around 20 vases, we are putting a few white lilies in each. Flowers can be transported cut and ready to go into vases and then you can place them in the vases, or can be transported ready to go.
