Toronto City Hall wedding

Kendra, on February 8, 2020 at 17:28 Posted in Ontario 0 4

My fiance and I decided that we are going to get married at Toronto City Hall at the end of August of this year. We are looking for something to do afterwards. We will be downtown Toronto already so maybe something down there?

Maybe a restaurant/bar type setting where if people want to eat they can. We don't want to do catering or anything. We aren't trying to be cheap, we are just not doing anything big or expecting anything from our guests.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I would do a nice restaurant maybe even a lunch! i would book the back of it and that way you can have a little decor make it really nice!! you can also contact the restaurant and do a set menu and include drinks for people as well. i know joeys is really nice downtown on dundas and they have a party room where you can have a private space and decorate !!

I really like Earl’s downtown. The food is great and the place itself looks really nice and fancy but it’s actually not very expensive!

Dinner at your favourite restaurant or something reasonable can be arranged for the amount of people coming out after the court wedding.

I'm not from Toronto so I'm not super familiar, but we love Benihana when we go; it's located at the Fairmont which I believe is downtown?

It's a fun teppanyaki place. Mind you if you are inviting people and wanting to pay for others I wouldn't recommend as it is quite pricey but it might be a fun way to celebrate if you're into that type of food/cooking experience Smiley smile.
