Tipping our engagement photographer

Hey brides! My fh and I have our engagement photos coming up later today. I am just curious if tipping is something other people do or have done and how much is the normal amount to tip?

    I didnt tip... our photos are super expensive.

    Okay, that makes sense. We are most likely also using the same guy for both so we will just tip him then after the wedding.

    We didn't tip after our engagement photos.


    Our contract had us pay about 30% before we could book our engagement photos, so I didn't feel the need to tip.
    We will likely tip after our wedding day, or send a thank you gift!

    We didn’t tip our photographer. We invited both of them to stay for dinner as they were going to be finishing just before dinner started. So that was our little gift to them

    We didn't tip at the E-photo's we just paid after the wedding Smiley smile

    We didn’t tip our photographer for our engagement photos. He actually bought us beers!


    We’re using them for our wedding as well and we’ll give them at a tip on the big day!
