Timeline for RSVP’s

My wedding is Oct 5 2019 and I am in the process of creativity invitations. When should my guests RSVP by? How soon before the wedding should the RSVP date be?

We sent out our invitations out mid October for our March 16th wedding. So about 5 monhts in advance. We live in NS and majority of our guests are from ON or MB so we wanted to give them time to make arrangements. We put the RSVP date as February 16th so 1 month before.

Our wedding is July 27th. I want to send out invites beginning of april (as i didn't do any save the dates, so want to give some notice for out of town people). i am asking for rsvps 4-5 weeks before the date.

check with your venue what they require for final numbers. and i would give yourselves a minimum of 3 weeks before that day.

We are getting married May 24th! I have sent out about 50% of the invites already and the rest will be going this week! So send out 5 ish months before hand! I have my due date May 1, so a month ish again before the wedding date! Gives you a few weeks to follow up with people!

Our wedding is October 4, 2019 and I plan on sending out invites in June/ July ish. I have September 1st as the RSVP date. Our venue doesn't need numbers until the week before.

Our wedding is basically only family with a few friends, so I know right now that 90% of them will be coming. Makes it a little easier for me.

I am asking my guests to have their RSVPs in exactly 5 weeks before the wedding. This is early compared to what it says when you google it. But I would like to know everything 4 weeks ahead of time, so this accounts for some late RSVPs.

We are going to send ours out in June (4 months before) and request RVSPs back by August 15 (two months). It gives us time to track responses down and to start building our seating plan.

We also have a B-list but we are only sending them out if we fall below our guaranteed number. We have 140 invited and our minimum guaranteed number is 90.

Our wedding is September 7, and we'll be asking our guests to RSVP by July 31. It'll give us a couple of weeks to contact anyone who hasn't RSVP'ed before submitting numbers to our venue.

Well... I just so happen to have the same wedding date! I am sending out two batches of invitations though because we want to have as many people possible as our venue only holds 250 and we have like 350 that we want to invite.

We plan on sending the first batch of invitations out at the end of April (around Easter so we can hand deliver a lot of them) at the 6/5 month mark area. We will ask that they let us know by July 5th which gives them a just over 2 months to RSVP.

The second batch will go out July 5th as soon as we have all the RSVP's from the first batch at the 3 month mark. We will ask that they let us know by September 5th so that we have a month before the big day to finalize things.

We also had to consider that with that being said - the wedding shower will have to take place sometime in August so that people in the second batch are given ample time!

My wedding is june 22 and I am requesting RSVP by may 1. I know that we will probably still have to track responses down from some people, so this way it gives us about a month to track them down and give final numbers to vendors or send out our B-list invites!
