Of course! I made mine using a Cricut machine (cuts out designs that you upload to it). But this was a pretty simple template, Lia Griffith has some in PDF that you can print cut and assemble (you need a subscription to the site, but it's only $7/month and she has SO MANY beautiful templates!!! Totally worth it)

And we will be having escort cards cut in the same shapes with their names and table number, like so (but with better font)...

And then we will have place cards at the seats, like this...

My FH and I are both nerds and thinking of naming our tables after some of our favourite book characters, superheroes and other things. It's your wedding so do what you like and what makes you happy! If there is a list for your seating chart maybe include a picture of the character so that people can simply visually identify their table.

I love these ideas!! this is so creative! i think naming your tables by levels is a great idea and way more original than just having table 1, 2, etc.

Yeah, don't worry about it at all. My Mom (65) could probably name 3/4, and my Dad about the same (68) - but it's unique and cool. I've been told over and over again that it's about me and Jake as much as everyone else, because I am constantly thinking of everyone other than us. Hahaha.

Haha thanks Amanda! I was more thinking the older crowd wouldn't know any of the games (my mom could probably name 3), but I feel everyone at least understands the concept of "levels". I'm over thinking it!

I don't even consider myself a gamer and I was able to name every single one of these - but "table numbers one" was easier. Hahaha. I think this is super cute, and that they look great. Don't worry about the "level" thing - if there is someone older who does not understand I am sure there will be someone who can explain. Even my Grandma (now deceased) would have known what a level is at 88 years old. She was around us gaming all the time when my brother and I were young - even thought she did not play.

I am totally in love with your DIY ideas! I like the idea of naming them after the games! Your guests might not know the characters' names or land, but they probably heard of the game before. I also like the idea of levels, like Sharon mentionned it could be a bit confusing, but other couples did it and it seems to have worked.
