Swaneset Weddings: Did you provide transportation to the venue?

Hi everyone! My Fiance and I are considering a July 2024 wedding at Swaneset Bay Resort. The only major hindrance is it's in Pitt meadows, about 45-50min outside of Vancouever. Nearby hotel options are limited. Has anyone planned a wedding at Swaneset, and if so, did you arrange for shuttles to/from Vancouver?

Any other tips for feedback on the venue is much appreciated. Thank you Smiley shame

    Depending on your budget I would try to either book a coach bus or you could even include a detailed map on the other side of their invite.

    Hi Sam,

    Depending on your budget I would look at school busses or even coach lines, they may offer a pick up location and drop off location. Even reach out to the hotels nearby and see if they offer a shuttle service if you book a block of rooms with them.

    Hi Sam, I would post in your local wedding sell/swap groups on facebook. You might be able to find a bride or two on their that have used that venue Smiley smile
