Stress

Tammy, on September 19, 2018 at 10:13 Posted in Before the wedding 0 8

My wedding is in 3 days, and while most things are done for it. The stress seems to still be there. will the stress be there even while its going on or does is subside when you walk the aisle?

Thank you for the replies, I wish I could say its easy the stress levels. No matter how much our checklists says we are ready. I feel come the ceremony or reception, there will be something we forgot.

I honestly don't know why I am stressed out. Everything is done. And my amazing finance has helped with all of the planning. We have worked together for the whole thing. And while I was working he worked on the wedding stuff since he is retired. He has been absolutely amazing. I don't know what I would have done if I had to do it all myself

I hear ya Tammy! My day is 8 days away and I was as cool as a cucumber up until 2 weeks ago. Everything that can be done is done but yet I still cant shake this feeling! Every time I start panicking I just tell myself that everything is going to go just fine and I have done everything I can...eventually the feeling subsides.

I'm really hoping a mimosa or two while getting ready will take the edge off for me. I want to make a bulletproof plan so that I'm literally dealing with nothing on the big day...

Just remember to breathe, and that you're getting married! That is all that really matters! Good luck!!!

I’m in the same boat as you - my heart keeps racing and we still have lots to do. I’m kind of shy, so the idea of speaking in front of crowds - eeek!

From what I have heard from other brides it should go away either the day of the wedding or around the time of walking down the aisle. It should be fine! Just make sure that everything is put on a family member or friend for the day of so that you aren't the one contacting any vendors - they can handle the problems to make your day as stress-free as possible.
