Stag and Doe Questions

Jennifer, on January 23, 2018 at 01:06 Posted in WeddingWire 0 5

How many people did you expect vs. how many people showed?

How much booze was purchased?

How much money you spent vs. made?

How many games did you have?

Did you do 50/50 and raffle or just one?

Buck & Buck was done for us by friends. Out of 150 people buying tickets and showing up, 50 actually attended.
    Cash bar at the legion
They set up 4 games to play and 2 toonie games for booze give away.
    Raffles for baskets
    50/50 draw
    Pie in the face
$800 was made after all their efforts put together and paid to the DJ and venue cost.

-I'm used to having hundreds of people show up to our "shags" as we call them here in Thunder Bay but we had roughly around 100 people come.

-We didn't have to purchase the booze as it was included in the price (we made no profit off of the alcohol).

-We spent roughly around $2000 for everything in total (but had help from his parents) and made almost $5500 I believe for an event that was literally 3 hours long.. we did a dinner, games, prizes and that was it.

-We had 3 games I think. One was a hockey game, a bean bag toss, and we did worm insurance (which isn't really a game but it made an extra $200). We had card games (cards taped to boards) and made quite a bit off of those as well.

-We did both 50/50 and raffle prizes.
