Speeches. Who gives one?

Lynn, on May 19, 2019 at 14:43 Posted in Wedding reception 0 4
Looking to find out who gives speeches on your Wedding day. We are having a small wedding and we are not looking for any long winded ones. Trying to figure out who should speak. My parents are no longer alive. So, I was thinking some of my Aunts could speak on my behalf. Suggestions?

Speeches are given by the Best Man, Maid of honour and the couple. Aunt that you know who can say a few words for your parents can also welcome your husband into the family too. Ask any of them if they can speak for them.

Usually - Parents, Maid of Honour, Best Man, the Bride & Groom.

Sorry to hear about your parents - I think it would be great if you ask some of your Aunts to speak.
