Special Events Permit

Hi everyone 👋🏼
I hope everyone is doing well.
I am re-planning our wedding for May next year. I have hired professional bartenders for the reception and they hold the special event permit.
I’m hoping someone can give me some insight/ advice.
Am I able to purchase alcohol outside of ontario (quebec or new york state) and serve it?
also..
if my family were to gift me wine bought from the lcbo, am I able to serve it?
