Here's what I've been able to gather so far:

1. Graydon Hall Manor as a ceremony location:

All of their events require a minimum spend of $30/person for food and $10/person for beverage services even if you're using the location just for your ceremony. There's a manor rental fee, a ceremony fee, a linens and table setting fee per table, and a service charge of 20%.

2. The Grand Luxe Event Boutique for reception:

There is an venue rental fee, a required security guard fee, and an attrition fee for events with less than 180 guests. The pricing they've included for food on their website is pretty accurate.
